The Olive Tree Brasserie offers Modern Mediterranean style cuisine in a casual dining setting. For Lunch and
Dinner we have an array of menu items including tapas, wood fired pizza's, pasta's, mains and desserts. We
also offer an extensive Breakfast menu and home made muffins and cakes and offer coffee for dine in or take away. Our Beverage menu provides guests with the choice of wines, beers and spirits as well as an extensive cocktail list.
From intimate diners to celebrations and gatherings we are always happy to work with clients tailoring menus
to suit their needs. We are proud to have been awarded Best Restaurant in the 2019 Central Coast Local
Business Awards.

A little about us...

We are a husband and wife team who for years have strived towards the same dream of running and owning our own restaurant which has now become a reality. Colin, originally from the North of Scotland, has worked in a variety of outlets within the UK and Australia and Tracy, from South Africa, has enjoyed working in South Africa, the UK and Australia. Together we have a wealth of experience in hospitality and we are excited to share our passion with you. We have 2 boys who share our passion too and are excited to be on this journey with us.

With nearly 5 successful years of service in Budgewoi, we had to make the hard decision to move to Summerland Point in February. We have gone from being open for dinner 5 nights a week to now offering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It has been a challenge but one that we have taken in our stride and are very happy to have our old staff members on this journey with us as well as our new staff. We hope to be here for many years to come.
